Christos Theodoropoulos is one of Greece’s most distinguished massage therapists, with an international career as a World Massage Champion, International Judge, and International Instructor. Since 2011, he has been dedicated to therapeutic massage, wellness, and professional education.
International Achievements
He has won a total of 13 World Medals — 7 Gold, 4 Silver, and 2 Bronze — across international categories including Swedish, Thai, Freestyle, Therapeutic, Wellness, and Lymphatic Massage. He has also won 3 Gold Medals at the Greek National Massage Championship.
As an International Judge and Instructor, he has participated in competitions and professional training events in Greece and abroad, training hundreds of massage and wellness professionals.
Education & Philosophy
His professional training includes Deep Tissue, Thai, Sports and Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Spa Therapies, and Manual Therapy.
Shaolin Kung Fu has played a defining role in shaping his therapeutic philosophy. He travelled to China and trained at a Shaolin monastery, while also studying Tai Chi and Qi Gong. These experiences deeply influenced his approach to movement, breathing, balance, and the functionality of the human body.
Warrior’s Flow – Signature Seven Oceans Massage
Inspired by this philosophy, he developed Warrior’s Flow – Signature Seven Oceans Massage, a therapeutic system combining massage, myofascial techniques, Thai stretching, joint mobilization, body biomechanics, and breathing techniques.
Each treatment is tailored to individual needs, aiming to reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote deep physical and mental relaxation.
Today, Christos continues to train professional therapists, develop his signature method, and represent Greece at international massage events.
